Time spent with others is important for our mental wellbeing and being connected to a wider purpose can help to give life more colour and meaning. Ricoh offers a number of options to get involved in our community or you can look for options outside work.

  • Go green with an electric car - through our Electric Vehicle Scheme you can swap to an eco-friendly vehicle with ease. Repayments are made via Salary Sacrifice and you'll save on the tax and NI. Good for the planet and for your pocket!
  • Stay connected with colleagues – use Microsoft Teams to stay in touch. Why not set up a regular session to spend time with others. There are lots of ways to share, from comparing hobby ideas and doing some group exercise to starting a book club or even sharing tips on must watch box sets!
  • Find a local way to help – the government volunteering site offers options to suit all tastes. Use the site to find local or national organisations that need volunteers (a great way to use your two days volunteering leave!).

  • Plan your time off – spending quality time away from work is important so make sure you book the time you need in the year ahead. Each year at the annual benefits enrolment period you also have the option to buy up to five extra days.
